Current Contracts
- Open-End Bridge Design Contract with Maryland State Highway Administration. Currently have two tasks:
- Deck Rehabilitation and Other Repairs to Bridge on MD Route 24 over Amtrak in Harford County.
- Design of a top-down retaining wall and six cantilever type retaining walls for the Widening of MD Route 140 in Owings Mills.
- Deck Rehabilitation and Other Repairs to Bridge on MD Route 24 over Amtrak in Harford County.
- Open-End Design Contract with Montgomery County , Maryland . Currently working on the major rehabilitation ($350k) of an historic metal truss bridge that was built in the late 1800's for trolley traffic.
- Howard County Bridge Inspection Program, 2007-08 cycle. Providing biennial inspection services for all 150 of the County's bridges. Work includes establishment of a database using InspectTech software.
- Howard County Bridge Ratings. Providing LFD rating analyses for 125 of the County's bridges. Structures include curved steel girders, pre-stressed box beams, an aluminum frame structure, super-span arches, numerous straight steel girder bridges, two girder/floorbeam/stringer bridges, and more.
- Inspection of MdTA Bridges. Participating in the inspection of the bridges on the I-95 Thruway from the Fort McHenry Tunnel south to the Baltimore City line. Structure types include curved steel box girders, numerous plate girders, and several others.
