- First-hand design experience utilizing all three design methods (WSD, LFD, and the new LRFD method).
- Seismic design experience.

- Experience with a variety of bridge design/analysis software packages including STAAD 3, Merlin-Dash, RC Pier, Abument and Retaining Wall Design, Conspan, and many more.
